Session 1
-
During this session, we will discuss how engaging in a deep Bible study transforms reading from a casual habit into a transformative journey of understanding God's character and His specific call for your life. By moving beyond surface-level observation to intentional meditation and application, you learn to bridge the gap between ancient text and your daily reality. This structured approach helps you discern truth, align your heart with His will, and experience the profound richness of living fully scripted by His word.
-
Have thoughts of what "they" are doing or not doing ever consumed your thoughts? Is your mind filled with self-criticism or what people are saying or thinking about you? In this session you will discover how to stop worrying about "them and "that" and find the unshakeable peace in minding your own business.
-
Do you find yourself stumbling when it comes to food? We will focus on Psalms 119:165 and Psalms 34:8 and explore what the Bible says as we learn how to nourish our bodies with the word of God. Let’s take this journey together to lean into and on The Word for His nourishment.
-
Life rarely unfolds the way we expect, and our plans are often redirected in ways we wouldn’t choose. Yet in every season, in both the highs and the lows, I’ve seen that God is always good and always providing. In this breakout session, I’ll share my personal testimony of His faithfulness through grief, joy, and unexpected turns. Together, we’ll look to Scripture to understand His promises and provision. We’ll also explore what it means to surrender our plans and trust His will.
-
This session will focus on using your youth, college years, and beyond for Christ. We will talk through remaining rooted amidst peer pressure, dating and relationships, resisting comparison, and remaining content in the season God has placed you. How to abide and find our true identity in Christ in a world of comparison and pressure.
-
Why does faith sometimes feel like a fight? In the tension between the flesh and the Spirit, we often reach for things that promise peace but can’t deliver. Together, we’ll explore how to recognize those subtle idols and take simple steps back toward the peace God offers.
-
ItIn Walking by Faith, Anchored in Peace, we'll discover how to remain steady in God's peace no matter what life brings. This session draws on the truth that God has good plans for your future - His plans that are filled with hope - and that He goes before you, walks beside you, and never leaves you. As we reflect on His call to be strong and courageous, we'll be reminded that we don't have to live in fear or discouragement because the Lord is with us wherever we go. Together, we'll learn how to hold tightly to hope without wavering, trusting the One who is always faithful to His promises. No matter the season, you'll leave encouraged to walk forward by faith, anchored in a peace that is sustained by God's constant presence and unchanging faithfulness.
-
In the midst of one of the most painful seasons of my life, I am learning what it truly means to suffer well. This breakout is not about having answers, but about walking together through the tension of hardship and hope. Scripture shows us that the Gospel often moves in deeper, more transformative ways through suffering than through comfort. Together, we will explore how God meets us in our brokenness, how suffering can shape our faith, and why our response to hardship matters—not just for our own growth, but for those watching us now and in the future.
-
If you have experienced sexual assault, this breakout is a space created with care, dignity, and respect for your story. Together, we will explore how a faith-based perspective and clinical mental health insights can support your healing—helping you understand how trauma affects the mind and body while gently pointing to the ways God meets you in your pain. This is not about rushing your process or offering easy answers, but about creating room for truth, safety, and restoration at your own pace. You will be invited to reflect, learn grounding truths, and consider next steps that honor both your faith and your healing journey. You are not alone, and your story matters. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
-
Have you ever said “It’s going to get so much better after this week, month or even year is over?” You find yourself in the chaos of life—busy, tired, pulled a million different directions and realize you crave the REST that Matthew 11:28 talks about. In this breakout session, explore what it means to slow down, even in the moment, even in little ways, so you can be more fully present with those right in front of you.
-
Have you ever felt like your life was suddenly thrown into chaos—like everything steady was disrupted without warning? Trauma doesn’t arrive with preparation or permission; it comes uninvited and can leave us disoriented, searching for something solid to hold onto. In this session, we’ll explore how faith can become an anchor in the midst of life’s most painful and unexpected moments—how God meets us not after the storm, but within it, offering the restoration and redemption our hearts long for. Please note: this session will include discussion of sensitive and potentially triggering topics, including my personal journey of faith through trauma involving sexual assault as a minor, abuse, suicide, health crisis, and complex relationships. My hope is to approach these experiences with honesty and care, creating space for reflection, healing, and the steady reminder that even here, we are not alone.
-
This session explores how to find real, sustaining peace in the midst of health challenges—not by ignoring the emotions, but by walking through them with God. You’ll hear a personal journey of navigating fear, grief, and uncertainty while learning to anchor your soul in truth. You’ll leave encouraged that even when your body is weak, God’s presence remains steady—and peace is still possible.
-
The Bible calls us to offer our bodies as living sacrifices for this is our true and proper worship. We are called to worship through genuine surrender. It is through that process of walking in harmony with Gods divine will for our lives that Heavenly Peace, a peace that transcends our understanding, will follow us wherever and whenever we are in our lives. Through all ups and downs, trials and tribulations His peace gained through complete surrender - will guard our hearts and minds. Romans 12:1 "Give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable."
-
In this session, we will dive into scripture where we will learn how to trust God in the unknowns. We will talk about learning to hear God‘s voice. You will be challenged to obey what God is asking you to do, even when it doesn’t make sense. We will leave the shallow waters and take a dive into the deep end because God wants us to grow deeper in our relationship with Him.
Session 2
-
Building peace through surrender is an invitation to release the weight of control and discover the steady peace found in trusting God fully. In seasons marked by uncertainty, fear, disappointment, or transition, many women find themselves striving to hold everything together. Within the exhaustion of that you’re met with a a feeling of anxiousness. But peace was never meant to be built through control. It is formed through surrender. Using the story of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, we will explore what it means to surrender in the face of fear, grief, and uncertainty. Through biblical truth, personal reflection, and practical encouragement, women will be invited to loosen their grip on fear, release the pressure to manage it all, and trust God more deeply in the unknown. Together, we will uncover how surrender is not weakness, but the pathway to lasting peace.
-
The losses and resulting grief we face can overwhelm us and rob us of our sense of peace. This sessions will focus on each of the "Pillars of Peace" -- faith, surrender, prayer. scripture, and community -- and how they can each aid us in dealing with the grief in our lives. We can exeriencce Go's peace despite our circumstances. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:7
-
We will explore why surrender can feel so hard—and how it actually becomes possible when we trust that God is sovereign, good, and close to us. We’ll talk honestly about the fears that keep us holding on so tightly and what it looks like to start releasing them. You’ll walk away with a clearer picture of what surrender really is and how it can lead to real peace and freedom in your everyday life.
-
Have you ever been in a place where you feel "life" turns on you, ripping a hypothetical rug out from under your feet and you are suddenly suffocating under the weight of despair, anger, grief, and doubt? You never saw it coming, no one around you could’ve seen it coming, and you are left breathless, speechless, and overwhelmed. How do we reconcile the peace that Jesus promises in John when unexpected change in our circumstances wrought with pain, anger, fear, and doubt? In this session, we will dive into the Word and be reminded over and over of this truth - in the midst of terrible, unforeseen circumstances, when we are begging the Lord to tear the thorn from our side and ease the pain - that is where He meets us, sees us, hears us, strengthens is, and holds us in the peace that only He can give.
-
In seasons where life feels uncertain and out of our control, it's easy to carry, more than we're meant to. In this session, I'll share my personal journey of learning to release control through unexpected challenges and constant surrender. Together, we'll explore what it looks like to be still, trust God in the unknown, and find strength in letting go. This is not about having it all together. Its about becoming steady in the hands of God who is already holding it all.
-
How do you respond when your plans do not align with the story God is writing? In this breakout session, we will walk through a journey of surrender, uncovering the beauty of letting go of control over each chapter. We will work together to discover the deep, lasting joy that is found when we are “looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith."
-
Discover how to “put joy on daily” --no matter what chaos life brings, how do you respond? What does your inner self reflect? Sometimes my outward behaviors don't match my inner thoughts. No matter what age you are...you may find that peace is like chasing the unattainable. Explore how true peace isn’t found in a perfect world; but in the presence of God. While happiness may come and go, joy is a lasting choice we can make every day. Talk through strategies (J.O.Y.) of how to empower yourself to choose joy, embrace peace, and transform your daily walk. (J)ourney (O)f (Y)ielding
-
How do we both support survivors of sexual assault with care and wisdom, and proactively guide the next generation with awareness and protection? This breakout brings together a faith-based perspective and clinical mental health insights to equip parents, educators, and leaders with practical tools for both response and prevention. We will explore how trauma impacts survivors and how to respond in ways that promote safety, trust, and healing, while also addressing how to parent and lead with a preventative lens—fostering healthy boundaries, open communication, and awareness. Grounded in truth and compassion, this session aims to help you create environments where individuals are protected, supported, and valued.
-
What is it that you are holding onto so tightly that God is asking you to surrender? Learning to let go and trusted Him challenges us all. It is in the letting go and turning to the Lord that we experienced a steady, lasting peace. Join us for encouragement and discussion on releasing what you are carrying and step into the peace that only God can give.
-
Run your race with faith and purpose while reflecting on what truly matters most. Leave this session ready to pass the baton -- walking in obedience and doing all things in love as you invest in others and build a lasting inheritance.
-
Throughout our busy lives it is important to have a community of other women that is centered around God. Women who don’t drain us, but build us up and lead us more towards God and his will. In this session we will explore what God centered friendships truly look like. We will look at how deeply they can influence our lives, hearts, and ways of thinking especially within the teen and young adult years.
-
IDo you ever feel like you can't keep up? Maybe you finally adjusted to the way things are, only to have the rug pulled out from under you. Life is marked by change, some of it good, and some unwelcome. Join me as we look at God's plan for navigating change. Philippians 4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
-
In Exodus 33, Moses is offered the promise, but refuses to move forward without the Presence of God. This session will challenge us to shift our prayers from asking God to remove our circumstances to seek Him within them. Through the lens of peace, we'll discover that true peace is not found in changed situations, but in encountering God in the middle of them. Come learn how to pursue His presence in both the valleys and the mountaintops.
-
As true followers of Christ, our heart is to serve and reflect Him in our everyday life. However, our flesh and weaknesses get in the way. We can often forfeit our peace by feeling overwhelmed and defeated. In this session, we will learn how to rest in the pillar of Christ's security when we feel the crushing weight of our sin and striving.
A day filled with encouragement, hope, and restoration!
